Everyone

Everyone’s different,
Yet all are the same.
Unsure of one thing,
Sure of the next.

Everyone’s strong,
Yet all are weak
Judging one,
Defending the next

Everyone has power,
Yet all do wrong,
ordering around one
then being ordered next.

Everyone’s different,
Yet all are the same,
What people realize,
Is we can stop this.

"Bossing one,
Getting bossed next."

"Bossing" isn't really the best word choice in a poem this deep. "Ruling" might be a better word choice.
